- 2. Can I return the car to a different office?
Yes, you can return the car in any of the Roig Rent a Car offices.

You can return the car in any of the Roig Rent a Car offices.
- 4. Which documents do I need to pick up the car?
To collect your car you will need your valid identity card or passport and your valid driving license.
- 5. Where can I pick up the car at the airport?
If you collect the car at the airport you must go to the fourth floor of the airport car park.
- 6. Can I choose between different car models?
Yes. You can choose the model of the car in function of availability. Should the car chosen not be available we will provide a car of the same category or a superior category at the same price.
- 7. How can I rent a luxury car?
To rent a luxury car the driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driving license for at least one year and a half.
- 8. Who is allowed to drive the car?
The only persons authorised to drive the car are those who are named in the contract. There may be several drivers registered without any additional cost.
- 9. What is the minimum age requiered to drive a Roig car?
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.
- 10. Can I travel outside Mallorca with my rental car?
No, it is not allowed to travel outside Mallorca with your rental car.
- 11. What type of insurance is included in the rental price?
Roig Rent a Car has three types of insurances.You can choose between our Basic Insurance with Excess, our Basic Insurance without Excess and our All Inclusive Insurance which includes besides the Bacic Insurance without Excess a Tire and Windscreen Insurance and Theft Insurance.
- 12. What kind of insurance can I take out to travel more safely?
To travel more safely you best take out our All Inclusive Insurance. This Insurance includes our Basic Insurance without Excess, a Tire and Windscreen Insurance and Theft Insurance.
- 13. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation, at no addtional cost, until the day of booking. You can do so by telephone or by email
- 14. Can I extend my contract?
Yes you can. To extend your original contract you will have to go to one of the Roig offices to update your contract.
- 15. Is there some kind of refund if I return my car before the date specified in the contract?
If you return your car before the end of the contract we will refund the price difference, subtracting the days that you will not enjoy your car. Early devolution of the car will not be penalized.
- 16. Is there any cost for cancelling my reservations?
No. you can cancel your reservation (even if you do so on the day you should pick your car up) with no extra charge.
- 17. When do I pay for my car?
You pay when you pick the car up.
